...Spring
Sharing over at Kim's Texture Tuesday
I used her "greaydayslate" and added Florabella's Ruby action tweaking both in Elements.
We received more much needed rain last night and more is coming. I love how the rain washes away dirt and dust and the deep, vibrant colors of wood and flora pop in the morning sun. Blossoms are busting, birds are nesting, and the world is waking from it's winter slumber.
Happy (Spring is coming) snapping

we had rains for a week but the sun finally came out today. I like your image and thinking that the flower will open slowly...just as spring shows up...at least around here
ReplyDeleteWhy is it that a few droplets of Water can be so darn beautiful? Sigh :)
ReplyDeleteLove the simplicity and texture work!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Love the water drops.
ReplyDeleteLovely capture! Enjoy the rain.
ReplyDeleteSo lovely picture!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you got my postcard. First one! Thanks for the visit also. I love you blog title and it looks like we have quite a few common places we visit. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteBeaUtiful! Welcome Spring indeed - yesterday we popped up to the mid-80s. I am not, NOT, going to be happy if Mother Nature thinks she is going to skip Spring. Honestly!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! It's nice to see it all waking up after an especially long, hard winter, isn't it!
ReplyDeleteI love the simplicity of this, Kelly.
ReplyDeleteGlad you got some rain. We got some here too, but it caused a lot of flooding because of the already melting snow.
Happy day to you!
this is very pretty... we finally received rain too. Yeah for rain, and for the color it brings with it.
ReplyDeleteThis....is perfection in simplicity!
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely photo!
ReplyDeleteKelly,
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture and edit! I love the raindrops and purple is a favorite of mine.
I am glad to here you are getting much needed moisture.
We got several inches of snow on Monday and Wednesday. I am ready for signs of spring.
Just gorgeous! I love the detail in the water droplets. Definitely looks like spring to me! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is such a beautiful image, Kelly. I finally bought Elements but haven't played with it yet. I may need your help to figure out how to use Kim's textures. I can't wait to play with them.
ReplyDeleteI've been MIA, but I did just go through your past posts. That grandbaby is deliciously precious.... I know you are on cloud 9! And your pixie cut suits you perfectly. Some people are made for that hair style; you are one of them.
Love this beautifully, simple shot. Yeah to spring...
